BACOLOD CITY — Negros Occidental Gov. Eugenio Jose Lacson said there will be no declaration of a state of calamity even as the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist reported agricultural damage of P296,150,706.64.
"No, we will not declare a state of calamity," uttered Lacson on September 26. "I mean, everybody has returned to almost normal conditions. Our concern now is really Kanlaon."
