This will allow them more leeway to avoid or mitigate control by the US, having seen how the US and the EU have taken over Russian, Iraqi, Venezuelan, Libyan and other accounts, as well as have denied access to the Swift clearing system, which have become an instrument for the monitoring and control of trade, destroying the economies of nations, as well as subjugating the sovereignty of many others.
