MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Rommel Marbil on Sunday ordered the reinvestigation of the killing of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) executive Wesley Barayuga.
Testimonies implicating ranking police officials to the murder case prompted the reopening of the Barayuga case, Marbil said.
