(TSXV: FRED) (the "Company” or "Fredonia”) is pleased to announce the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement, consisting of a total of 33,333,333 units of the Company (each, a "Unit”, and collectively the "Units”), at a price of $0.03 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $1,000,000 (the "Offering”).
