Osmeña's talk on EJK in Congress questioned

CEBU CITY — A city councilor questioned the credibility of former mayor Tomas Osmeña who was invited as a resource person by the House of Representatives for its hearing on extrajudicial killings.

Councilor Pastor 'Jun' Alcover Jr. said Osmeña had no 'moral ascendancy' on the issue, citing his controversial record during his tenure as mayor.
