BACOLOD CITY — The Bacolod Yuhum Foundation (BYF) met with officials of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Negros Occidental and more than 100 of the city's hospitality stakeholders to discuss their preparations for next month's MassKara Festival.

In a gathering held at Stonehill Suites on Thursday, the BYF briefed the group on the activities slated for this year's festivities.
