ON September 22, 2024, Asez Wao held a tree planting and beach cleanup in Barangay Salvacion, Sta. Rita, Samar. In partnership with LGUs, the Philippine National Police, the Bureau of Fire Protection, the Department of Information and Communications Technology, the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, and the Environmental Management Bureau, 1,200 mangrove trees were planted.
On September 23, 13 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were signed, and 90 support signatures were gathered. Among the signatories were Ormoc City officials, school district superintendents, and other government leaders. School principals, firefighters, police officers, and students also participated in the campaign.
