Welder, 63, shot dead in Tabuk City

A 63-YEAR-OLD welder was shot dead by two unidentified gunmen aboard a motorcycle in Tabuk City, Kalinga on Wednesday.

The victim was identified as Andres Ocao Bolingon, a resident of Barangay Casigayan, who died on the spot due to gunshot wounds on his face.
