THE National Historical Commission of the Philippines (NHCP) — together with the surviving delegates of the 1971 Philippine Constitutional Convention; the Provincial History, Arts and Culture and Tourism Office (PHACTO); Provincial Government of Bulacan; City of Malolos; and Rizal Development and Heritage Foundation — will mount the Bulacan leg of the conference, entitled 'Philippine constitutions and the social order: Counting blessings, rising above challenges.'

From Sept. 24 to 25 2024 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., the event will be held at the Nicanor Abelardo Auditorium, Hiyas ng Bulacan Cultural Center, City of Malolos, Bulacan.
