MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE — Members of various law enforcement agencies seized 490 boxes of smuggled cigarettes worth over P18 million on September 21 in a raid at Sitio Holbot in Barangay Sarmento, Parang town, here.
The raid was part of concerted efforts to eradicate smuggling activities in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao conducted by personnel from the Parang Municipal Police Station (MPS) and the Provincial Intelligence Unit Maguindanao del Norte.
