BACOLOD CITY — The Commission on Elections (Comelec) in Negros Occidental has declared readiness for the filing of certificates of candidacies (CoCs), which kicks off on October 1 until October 8.
Ian Lee Ananoria, provincial election supervisor, said the Capitol Social Hall will be the venue of filing of CoC.
