MALABON City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval said on Wednesday that the health emergency allowance (HEA) for the city's 1,553 frontliners during the Covid-19 pandemic would be released soon.

"The city health department headed by Officer in Charge Bernadette Bordador has already submitted all the needed documents, and we expect to sign the memorandum of agreement with the Department of Health (DoH) soon," she said.
