RAIN or Shine head coach Yeng Guiao is right — the nth time I said the former UP Maroon was — when he called out the PBA top brass for messing up the playoff format of the ongoing PBA Governors' Cup.

As it stands, Guiao's team, which topped Pool B after the eliminations with a 7-3 win-loss record, is in the same playoffs path to the finals as TNT, which ruled Pool A with an 8-2 card.
