CEBU CITY — Acting Mayor Raymond Alvin Garcia said that he is considering running for mayor, ending months of speculation about his plans for the 2025 midterm elections.
His potential candidacy could set him up against suspended Mayor Michael Rama, with whom he ran as a team during the 2022 elections.
