BACOLOD CITY — Bacolod City has been named by the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry as one of the top five finalists for the 2024 Most Business-Friendly Local Government Unit Awards (City Level 1B).
City Administrator Dr. Lucille Gelvolea received the recognition on Monday on behalf of the Bacolod City government at Mckinley Town Center, Fort Bonifacio in Taguig City.
