Popular "Pinoy Big Brother" host and actress Alexa Ilacad could not escape taking a closer look at what motherhood is all about while shooting the family drama "Mujigae," which opens in cinemas on October 9.
A cross-cultural narrative, Ilacad plays Sunny in the film, a woman tasked with caring for her half-Korean niece named Mujigae after the child's mother passes away. The 24-year-old celebrity admitted at a media conference that she could relate to her role's hesitation to look after a kid, confessing that she was not particularly fond of children in real life for the longest time.
