CEBU CITY — The police have identified the suspect in the death of an 18-year-old Grade 12 student who was found lifeless inside a lodging house in Toledo City, Cebu.

The police identified the primary suspect as 43-year-old Lorben Larot, a native of Misamis Oriental. He was seen at CCTV videos taken from the area and was linked by witnesses to the crime.
