BACOLOD CITY — The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) said it will now strictly enforce Batas Pambansa (BP) 880 or the Public Assembly Act of 1985.
This is in reaction to the violent dispersal of members of transport groups who held a rally in front of a hotel without a permit last week.
