A THINK tank was all praises on Sunday for the Department of Education for its plans to arm students with skills in information technology (IT) and digital literacy, which is the top requirement in today's workforce.
Nick Conti of the Click Party-list said they support the move of Education Secretary Juan Edgardo Angara, who committed to enhance the digital literacy and IT skills of Filipino students.
