MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Tuesday that it was monitoring the possible formation of a low pressure area (LPA) within the week.
The LPA may occur somewhere over Northern Luzon either Thursday or Friday, Pagasa weather specialist Rhea Torres said.
