(UPDATE) ROOKIE big man Kristian Porter steadied Ateneo's ship during Adamson's fourth quarter storm, enabling the Blue Eagles a 60-51 escape against the Soaring Falcons for their first win in the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball tournament at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Saturday.
The 6-foot-5 Porter finished with eight points and 10 rebounds including the putback in the last 2:45 which gave Ateneo a 54-49 lead and relieved the Blue Eagles some pressure as coach Tab Baldwin put it.
