CEBU CITY — An 18-year-old woman was found dead inside a lodging house in Barangay Poblacion, Toledo City on Friday morning.

The victim, identified as Mae Fatima Tagactac, a Grade 12 student from Buanoy National High School, was discovered by a room attendant around 8:30 a.m. after she failed to respond to checkout reminders.
