CABARROGUIS, Quirino — The Canadian OceanaGold (Philippines) Inc. (OGP) and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) have been facilitating seminars to develop an entrepreneurial mindset among community-based organizations.
One of these recently held seminars was conducted in the upland Barangay Tucod in this town with 15 participants from the Tucod Bread Makers Association and the Tucod Kitaguwan Organic Producers' Association, two community-based organizations in the area, attended the seminar.
