A MASSIVE 16-foot-okoy (fritter) was showcased at the launch of SM City Baliwag's Bestival Chef held in line with SM's Foodie Festival campaign on Saturday.
The event was graced by Baliwag City Mayor Ferdie Estrella and Eliseo de la Cruz, head of Bulacan Provincial History, Arts, Culture, and Tourism Office Bulacan's Crispin de Luna who represented Gov. Daniel Fernando, and Jubairah de Leon who represented Vice Gov. Alex Castro.
