MALACAÑANG on Sunday said that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. was in Manila and was not in Singapore for the Formula One weekend.
'He did not go to Singapore,' Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Secretary Cesar Chavez said in a text message to reporters.
