MANILA, Philippines — The city government of Manila announced the suspension of work at 3 p.m. Monday, in celebration of the 'Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.'
Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan signed Executive Order (EO) 31, in line with the nationwide observance aimed at giving government employees the chance to spend quality time with their families.
