KYIV — The United States and the United Kingdom have not authorized Ukraine to use long-range missiles on targets inside Russia, possibly out of fear of an "escalation," President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned that firing long-range weapons into his country would signify that North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) member-nations were at war with Moscow.
