Altas end losing skid, beat Generals

AFTER two straight miseries, University of Perpetual Help System Dalta got back in the winning column after taking down Emilio Aguinaldo (EAC), 73-67, in the NCAA Season 100 men's basketball tournament at the FilOil EcoOil Center in San Juan City on Saturday.

The Altas, who suffered from back-to-back losses at the hands of Mapua University and College of Saint Benilde, ended its two-game dry spell as rookie Mark Gojo Cruz stuffed the statistical sheet with 18 points, six assists, three blocks and two steals.
