ILOILO CITY — The Aklan Police Provincial Police Office apprehended the province's No. 1 most wanted person on September 18.
The suspect was identified as alias Renato, who was arrested at Sitio Wasig, Barangay Mercedes, Madalag, Aklan, for rape.
