MANILA, Philippines — With no tropical cyclone in sight, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Sunday that the country would have fair weather Sunday.
'It would be fair weather condition over the next 24 hours in many areas including Metro Manila which is affected only by the localized thunderstorms,' weather specialist Grace Castañeda said.
