MANILA, Philippines — Graft charges have been filed before the Office of the Ombudsman against Benguet Vice Governor Ericson Felipe for allegedly violating several laws.
The complaint filed by Task Force Kasanag (TFK) alleged that Felipe is the owner of Tagel Corporation, a construction firm that has transactions with the government.
