MANILA, Philippines — Three gates of the Ambuklao and Binga dams in Benguet province have been opened as they neared spilling levels, hydrologists of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sunday.
As of 8 a.m. Sunday, two gates of Ambuklao dam in Bokod town were opened with an outflow of 66 centimeters.
