CEBU CITY — A local fisherman discovered the remains of an unidentified elderly woman floating off the coast of Sitio Noah, Barangay Calajoan in Minglanilla town on Friday.
Joseph Parajes, the fisherman, spotted the body near his boat around 6:15 a.m. while preparing to go fishing on early Friday morning.
