ORMOC CITY — The Regional Development Council (RDC) Eastern Visayas requested the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Central Office to administer a mobile passport application processing service in the region.
In a media forum conducted at the New Ormoc City Hall, RDC-8 Development Administration Committee chairman Imelda Laceras highlighted that one of the primary issues encountered by the people of Eastern Visayas is the scheduling of appointments for passport processing.
