BACOLOD CITY — The six leaders of transport groups who were arrested while protesting in front of a local hotel here were released from police custody after posting bail.
Rudy Catedral, president of Bacolod Alliance of Commuters, Operators and Drivers (Bacod); Lilian Sembrano, president of Kabacod Negros Transport Coalition (KNETCO); Shallymar Leuthimer, board member of KNETCO; Rodolfo Gardose, president of United Negros Drivers and Operators Center; and Eric Bindoy secretary general of United Negros Drivers and Operator Center (Undoc) posted bail of P3,000 each on Wednesday.
