MANILA, Philippines — Former vice president Ma. Leonor Robredo on Saturday said that the annual festival of Our Lady of Peñafrancia in Naga City was "politically neutral" and anyone can visit her home, regardless of "political color."

These were Robredo's first comments after she met with Vice President Sara Duterte, on Friday.
