THE Publishers Association of the Philippines Inc. (PAPI) celebrates its 50th anniversary on Sept. 20, 2024, with a commemorative event at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
PAPI was founded in 1974 following the declaration of martial law, which led to the closure of private media, except Bulletin Today and Island Observer.
