A 25-YEAR-OLD male call center agent died after his motorcycle collided with a police patrol car along MacArthur Highway, Barangay San Juan, Balagtas, Bulacan on Tuesday night.The victim was identified as Earl John Castillo, single and a resident of Villaroma Subdivision, Barangay Tabe, Guiguinto, Bulacan.The police patrol car was driven by Cpl. Rexel Alano, married, assigned at the Bocaue Police Station and lives in Barangay Batia, Bocaue, Bulacan.Bulacan Police officer in charge Col. Satur Ediong said the incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. while the victim was riding a Rusi single motorcycle with plate number 637QTZ.He also said the patrol car was going the northbound direction when it turned left to load fuel at a gas station on the other side of the road when it collided with the southbound motorcycle.The police report said the motorcycle was coming too fast when it hit the front right side of the patrol car and the rider died on the spot.The victim's mother, however, holds Alano accountable to her son's death and is set to file a case of reckless imprudence resulting to homicide against the policeman.Ediong, meanwhile, said the police investigation will be fair and just.
