CEBU CITY — A 30-year-old painter fell to his death from the 17th floor of a condotel under construction in Barangay Apas, Cebu City, on September 16.
Authorities identified the victim as Michael Isidro, a resident of Barangay Tangke, Talisay City, originally from the Davao Region.
