MANILA, Philippines — Former president and now Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo will run for reelection in 2025 as the congressional representative of Pampanga's second district, her office announced on Thursday.
Macapagal-Arroyo, an economist, is the daughter of the late president Diosdado Macapagal.
