ANOTHER delegation from Japan, the second in less than a month, has expressed the intention of the Japanese government to significantly develop and enhance the country's postal infrastructure through advanced digital strategies.
The intention was expressed during the recent visit of consultants from the Japan Post Service, the Japan Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, and Toshiba, Postmaster General Luis Carlos said on Wednesday.
