MANILA, Philippines — Former Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo attended the House of Representatives' quad committee's investigation into the Philippine offshore gaming operators on Thursday.
In a statement earlier this month after she was arrested in Indonesia, Rep. Reynan Arrogancia of Quezon province's third district said that "We at Quadcomm look forward to confronting her in our public hearing."
