Galang to the rescue as UE turns back FEU for first win

MANILA, Philippines — Ethan Galang came to the rescue as University of the East (UE) turned back Far Eastern University (FEU), 56-51, to take its first win in the UAAP Season 87 men's basketball tournament at Smart Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday.

Misfiring through three quarters, Galang found his range and scored eight straight points as the Red Warriors erased a 10-point Tamaraws lead to keep the latter winless in three games.
