WB, IMF to check Iloilo devt prospects

ILOILO CITY — World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF) officials are set to visit this city this September and October to evaluate its development prospects and resilience.

The IMF team, led by Elif Arbatli Saxegaard, will meet with Mayor Jerry Treñas and other city officials on September 23 as part of this year's Article IV Consultation Mission to the Philippines.
