CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) and the Department of Justice-National Prosecution Service (DoJ-NPS) Region 3 signed a memorandum of understanding on Monday to bolster law enforcement and the administration of justice in Central Luzon.
The agreement, formalized by PRO3 regional director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo Jr. and DoJ-NPS regional prosecutor Jesus Simbulan, aims to strengthen collaboration between the two agencies to enhance legal processes, expedite case prosecution and reinforce crime prevention initiatives across the region.
