CEBU CITY — The contractor responsible for the renovation of the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) and the overlaying of the track oval defended the quality of its work amid allegations of using substandard materials.
Shaun Doherty, owner of SBD Builders, said the track was designed for sports use, not for accommodating other events.
