ILOILO CITY — A regional trial court in this city has convicted 17 Chinese arrested in November last year for their involvement in a cybersex den operation in this city's Jaro district.
In an 11-page decision, the court found them guilty of multiple charges, including qualified trafficking in persons, obscene publication and exhibition using information and communication technology, and computer-related fraud.
