Speaking at the "Iisang Nasyon, Iisang Aksyon: Tapusin ang Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (Osaec) Ngayon" Summit in Makati City, Marcos turned emotional as he witnessed former victims of cybersex crimes relive their hellish experiences.
