(UPDATE) SAN Miguel Beer's veteran sniper Marcio Lassiter entered PBA immortality after overtaking cage legend Jimmy Alapag to become the all-time leader in three-point shots made on Sunday night.

Lassiter admitted the mindset from the get-go was to get the record, and boy, did he do it in an explosive fashion that allowed the Beermen to get off to a quick 23-7 start in the opening quarter against the Barangay Ginebra Kings.
