MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Gener has maintained its strength while approaching northern Luzon where it may make landfall either over Isabela or Aurora within 24 hours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.
In its 5 p.m. bulletin, Pagasa said Signal No. 1 remains up over Cagayan including Babuyan Islands, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Apayao, Kalinga, Abra, Ifugao, Mountain Province, Benguet, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, and the northern portion of Quezon (General Nakar, Infanta and Real) including Polillo Islands in Luzon.
